80.4% of SILI net earnings do appear in VSH's earnings report. Moreover, all of SILI's revenue and all of SILI's expenses also appear in VSH's earnings report. The 19.6% minority interest is subtracted out in the Minority Interest Section so that VSH's net only reflects 80.4% of SILI's net.

While both SILI and VSH report earnings, since they are both publicly traded companies, VSH's earnings do include its proportionate share of SILI's earnings.
