You can't just hire a bunch of salespeople right away. Good sales reps are hard to find. Deals can be complex, and sales cycles can go on for months. LGTO would be considered a risky situation by most potential employees, given the earnings re-statement. The loss of 25% of the sales force is pretty traumatic. It will take awhile to build the sales force back up, so it will be some time before we see a revenue recovery.
