Bottom line is: Until the market picks a direction... which is up, then OTCBB and lower dollar NASDAQ stocks will remain in trading ranges or go down. There are very few going up and these are hard to find. Now, I think we will see the market settle and start moving back up within the month. This is why I am going to start accumulating some good BBs.
