You cannot receive executables via KDE Mail or Netscape mail, since executables have to be marked with an executable flag on the harddisk. You can specify, that the user writable area may not contain executable marked flags. Especially Windows executables do not give much meaning on Linux. Only Netscape itself is therefore attackable, and even if the Linux system should get attacked, a virus could not damage much on the rest of their systems, unless it's a CIA operation...
