Holy Cow!!

I took off for an overnight stay in Vail (battery recharge) and it took me over an hour to catch up on all the posts. That, and several former lurkers coming out of the closet. It's all to your credit, TC. And the great job you've done.

Here' a moving average concept I've used on trading the daily chart with considerable success. Simplicity itself. I use an 8 day EMA combined with a 10 day SMA. Here's a look at how it recently handled DD:

207.61.23.98

Trade this one just like you've been talking about TC, on the cross overs. With DD, you could have been short from 67-68 all the way down to under 50. Good stuff on the upside. My main thing with this is that I don't adhere to it absolutely. In other words, I'll let OBV and S/R influence trading decisions, in addition to what the MAs are telling me.

Here's another beauty (I'm long from 55.25):

207.61.23.98

Look how this has performed since the first of April. My point here is that you can (perhaps should) combine the type of MAs you use.

Nice seeing all the new folks!
