Ted,

Feel free to speak on the oils.

PS I picked up some ANF.

I will add to it gradually via dollar cost averaging.

Probably a couple of years before it comes back strong.

I also reccomend TIMBZ,AHR, EPR as REITS that offer low risk and 15% dividends in the beaten down reit sector. I have dollar cost averaging these as well.
