PHCM e-mail.. If you got your short in today I'd consider it a short term shorty short. PHCM looks to be recovering for the longer term. Pulled back nicely from 200 and with good prospects, again this could be a nice intermediate hold. I'm neither long or short having missed the early short play.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (CBS.MW) -- Shares of mobile Internet software and service provider Phone.com rose almost 2 percent Thursday after the company announced an increase in projected revenue for its fourth quarter and upwardly revised its extended forecast through December 2001

PHCM is one I would have my eye on. I am really looking for longish daytrades and longish swing trades (up to 7 days) with a few slots for the 2 to 6 month time period. So far I have RFMD, CTXS, TLGD, NTAP, (sold INTC, ADI,CMOS, MOT)

Shares of Phone.Com (PHCM: news, msgs) were trading up 1 5/8 at 85 1/8.

The company projects its fourth-quarter revenue at $24 to $25 million, above previous projections of $22 to $23 million. Revenues for fiscal year 2001 are projected at $165 to $170 million, above the previous $140 to $145 million.

Demand for the company's products and services point to continued acceleration of business, the company said.

"We are now targeting profitability from operations excluding amortization charges related to acquisitions and stock-based compensation by December 2001. This compares with our previously stated guidance of break-even results by June 2002,'' said Alan Black chief financial officer of Phone.com

COBT: has nice move BUT I miss it. It seems that daily around 2:00 PM a sell program is ran to shake out holder then after that a buyer program. Well just an observation.

Yes BUYING program is running NOW
