Despite the protestations to the contrary from various insurance salespeople, closet programmers and other non industry amateur investors on this thread <g>, MSFT and SUNW are competing fiercely for the server market.

SUNW's only hope to continue to sell overpriced systems is thru government intervention, as their ability to compete through product development and fair pricing does not cut it.
