Well... Sklar and Intercontinental Ventures: "...in May 1989, the commission found the news releases to be false and misleading.... Later, after he knew the information was false, he failed to act honestly... Sklar is also prohibited from acting as a director or officer of a public company for three years and will be required to pay costs of the hearing." #reply-8901886 Slar and Manticore/Dexx: "The company also reports that effective March 23 1989, it has accepted the resignations of David M.D. Young, Gerald E. Sklar and Richie B. Love as directors of the company." #reply-8903408 Also note a Dexx participant named Falcon Energy. Remember this from the recent Form 10? Note: Trikal is yet another failed Sklar company. In November 1999, the Company issued 2,358,000 Shares of Common stock to Falcon Energy of Illinois, Inc. (Falcon). This issue was part of an unfilled issue. On December 30, 1998, Trikal International Management, Limited ("Trikal") subscribed for 3,858,000 shares of the Company's common stock for $.069 per share. This subscription was made pursuant to an agreement with Falcon Energy of Illinois ("Falcon") whereby Trikal would subscribe and have the Shares registered in the name of Falcon in consideration and satisfaction of a debt owed by Trikal to Falcon of $266,100. This debt is reflected in a Promissory Noted dated November 6, 1998. The Company subsequently issued 1.5 million Shares leaving a balance of 2,358,000 which should have been issued as part of the original subscription which was made pursuant to Rule 504 of Regulation D.
