JDS Uniphase CEO Kalkoven resigns, and will perhaps cut 10% off stock price in next few weeks

three major threats to a stock
- legal entanglement
- product failure
- loss of executive leaders

but fortunately, the newly merged JDS Fitel CEO Franz will keep things together
I loved his chapeau
he spoke well, showed poise, seemed like a leader
his people love him, so I hear

I still think JDSU will drop 10% from the loss of KK
the stock was trading at 55 times sales, very vulnerable here still

Hey JimBob:
I agree with you on the NT and JDSU future.

This immediate resignation by Kevin Kalhoven from JDS Uniphase has left me feeling very unsettled. It is either a health thing or a management coup d'etat by the mgmt team. Perhaps, it is difficult to co manage such an organization. Mayby the merger is not going through and he is leaving before the blood flows. The voice of JDSU is now gone and I am not very impressed with the remaining mgmt team. Arrrgggghhhhh!!!
I am feeling very sad and disappointed about this whole thing. In fact, I am right pissed about it.
Thanks for listening. fellow porchers.
