Jim -

4 percent is a lot for an otherwise routine downgrade, from Morgan Stanley - not Goldman - that was just bad information and real late too - it was out at 7:30.
Day traders working out of their spare room and maxxed on margin can trade them - we just want to own them. I have no interest in paying taxes on a position I want to be in for the next 6 months.

td

PS _ This market is bad - put/call ratio is ugly again today, the Dow rise is all banks and drugs. Net stocks are wandering aimlessly.

Re: OEI ------
Hi Jim, you wrote at 3.39---

"...Someone is still dumping OEI?...

That looked like a finishing to the OEI selling at day's end to me. I think if there was a lot more to sell they'd have backed off and let it rise into the close like they did yesterday.

Just mho. bwdik???

diana
