janus bought 2M shares at 210$ :-))

they filled it to sell

The filing was the routine registration of the shares that allows them to sell if they want. Such registration always follows a large private placement like this in a public company. It does NOT indicate that they actually intend to sell any time soon (not like a Form 144).
