Apparently the BOD wanted to sell the company? However they made an idiots play with Corel. Corel may fall without INPR, unless they can find someone stupid enough to buy them or give Cowpland a pile of money. If INPR goes up for another sale can they make sure they have their products in order and selling, the company they are dealing with is solid, and market conditions are either favorable or tolerable?
I have my doubts. Can management and Fuller show something besides ignorance and stupidity.

INPR may be bought out by AAPL or MSFT directly as SUNW is logical buyer of CORL. That explains Fuller's original reasons for the CORL merger and the current reason that CORL called off the merger. Its undervalued in any case.
