The IQC chart I posted showed 30 minute bars. They don't offer an hourly bar (at least not on the free site). You can specify MA lengths, but you can't mix E with S.

I liked the way you displayed that last chart from Timely. I switched my timely screen to look like it. I don't know why I never did that earlier. All my other charting software displays with a white background. Easy on eyes!
