Mike M, When I told that story about meeting Ray on the street in San Diego I forgot to mention that the next time I heard from him was about two days later when he was in Thailand. I wonder which part of the world he's going to after he leaves Florida. :) --Mike Buckley

Value bring to customers.. Simpler-computer systems are complex-to set up-manage and own. we make it easier.Save money when things are simpler. Cost of Operating-we lower it and make costs more predictable. * Allow them to get aps in the hands of users that help their business go faster "rapid ap' deployment" plus more reliably "improved ap' service levels". All without regard to device -internal networks/ internet/ wireless terminals / PC etc. Connect and compute from anywhere. Done this through our partners over 8,000 WW. This is how we leverage to grow. Goes over rev 99..up 62% over 98 3 new products released.. new version Metaframe..plus 2 service level mgmt products..Ctxs IMF, RMS (?) Acquired Viewsoft ..gives us some exciting new Web ap' tech that will release later this year. worked hard to develope the ASP market through group put together. I-_BUSINESS Launched branding campaign to gain more visibility called "Digital Independance" Named to NASDAQ 100 S&P 500, New customers large..P&G,Qwest,Allstate,Compaq..(more) 765 million cash in bank..have flexibility to grow.. Q1 2000-released another 3 new products..N'fuse allows ap' to be accessed through browsers connected to internet. New Version Metalframe that runs on Msft's newest product Windows 2000..plus Metaframe for Sun's Solaris.. Our Enterprise licensing programs have begun to kick in and contributed 9% of rev in the 1st Q. Also, saw strong increase in our deferred rev due to increase sales of services. We also did acquisition Innavex..to help build out our consulting services organization..80 professionals already making a difference and a contribution to the Company. Also added 36 new partners to channel team..total now 83. Named in Top 50 #6 behind Msft,TimeWarner,Cisco,Oracle and EMC ( My note-Mike Buckley, notice anything about the list<gg>) Stock is up 2360% since IPO-V-285% NASDAQ Over 100% today over this time last year..end CEO.. Ed Iacobucci-Chief T. O. Reiterated what Mark said about ease of use..wants it as easy as operating an appliance. 1.
