<My friend sells very expencive cars(Ferrari etc) He cant get cars and the prices he must pay is accelerating. I bought a car from him, and someone offered me a $10,000 note to buy it from me(I took the $$$$). I am an Art Dealer by trade, and my business is accelerating, cant sell things any faster. >

Just off the cuff, I would expect that the high end markets [cars to homes to island getaways] would cool off last as these Silicon Valley zillionaires will take quite some time to spend their coin... they SOLD these puffy stocks to the public, so they've got money to burn. I noticed an article in the WSJ today about companies going for private funding because they can't do IPO's. Could mean the brokers can't rope the public in anymore?? Maybe the zillionaires will blow their wads quicker than I thought if their the ones buying the privates??

Mike -- the first to be affected will be the middle class, not the wealthy.
