Whoa!!!!!ABACQ was over $10 per share. What happened? I assume the q stands for bankruptcy.

ABACQ. I wonder now because it is a shell and the board of directors has resigned, if they are totally moving out of the gas oil business. They were into Nigiria exploration. 50% gain shows maybe privately there is a merger in the offering.
