My thinking is this:
1. Dec 150's cost 93 bucks. So the stock has to rise to only 243 to be in the money.
2. The premium, I felt was small enough, and the time value was the longest available. There are no leaps on SDLI.
3. My guess is there will be a split announcement that may come this week or next.
4 With this pending split, I don't believe it will fill the gap anytime soon (unless the market totally craps out). With the Nas down so big, we are due for a small relief rally soon.
5. If none of this happens, I love the stock anyway and will hold through the downturn.
