<<My guess is that Cal stays on as GM of Ancor and Ken leaves.>>

I think this is a safe bet. As I reported Tuesday, Cal told me he will be the General Manager of the MN operations. I believe he said he will report to somebody besides HK, but I did not catch the name. KH's name has been mentioned widely as expected to join the BOD, but never has there been any operational assignment mentioned.

Ed,

Thanks for a great report. I got the same vibes about Ken & Cal's future. Ken is about 62-63 if I remember right. He's done well for himself in his three years watch. Cal is young and energetic. He is from the old and new regime. From what I've heard, he is the unanimous favorite among their engineers.

p.s. I think the debate between GE and FC is way overblown. High performance is the key. GE with IP cannot deliver high performance, period.
