I think over the course of this decade, all the highfliers that seem to be in everybody's portfolio today -- INTC, CSCO, MSFT will be taken to the backyard and shot. Investors who bought these stocks at insane valuations because everybody else was buying them, are gonna be shell-shocked. I wouldn't at all be surprised if a whole new generation swears off investing, all over again.

Earlie,

This should be music to your ears ... what you've been saying all along. <g>

"Intel strikes out with Rambus summit

Intel failed this week to win new commitments from memory chipmakers to lower prices or increase production of Rambus-based memory, according to an executive at one of the memory companies."

btw, I'd still be interested in hearing your take on the 'hoot' aspect of that Greystar internet story ... is it just that they actually have a gold deposit as well? <g>

Regards,
Terry
