I don't think it was available for me until late last year, about the same time RoadRunner became available.

Thread- And I can tell you it was no coincidence. This is my single biggest argument for the FCC staying hands-off the AT&T, Time Warner, Cox, Charter, etc..cable networks. T's firing of the first shot, their $102 billion investment in MSOs, is making ALL twisted copper pair players FINALLY compete via DSL. -MikeM(From Florida)
