Morning Tigress, not following the issue, but incomplete counts result from taking a PO from an issue that is still in the column of X's that creats the new buy signal, and has not yet reversed down into O's thus finalizing the range of x's going up...If it is in the original column of x's that creats the new buy signal, it can still go higher and thus increase the count...

Tig, Wiz explained the incomplete PO. It looks to me like you're calculating the PO based on the wrong column of Xs. It has to be a column that gives a BUY signal following the sell signal. SO we use the current column, which is incomplete<g>
