...your calls should be looking good...

Ed, I've no complaints at this point. As a trader, I believe that I need to watch the direction of the market and then just go along with it..... certainly can't steer it and foolish to argue with it.

An interesting one page article in Forbes. Seems a professor at Wharton drew a regression line through the annual adjusted return data points of U.S stocks for the last 200 years. Showed a 7.1% real annual total return..... nice, but...

The interesting thing is that as the market strays from the trend line, it always comes back (of course it does, it's a trend line). The eye opener is that at the current prices, the market could move sideways for 8 years in order to return the current prices to the 200 year trend line.... now that's a scary thought!

Time for caution and to consider trading strategies that work in neutral markets.... conservative option selling fits.

Tom

...look at yesterday's option advisor, posted on another thread touting sebl....

One of us appears to be in left field.... I trust that they are touting it as a current CALL purchase, and just the previous week I sold CALLs on it (which I posted here). Our perspectives are diametrically opposed, so it will be interesting to see who makes money on the play..... I placed money on my choice.... wonder if they put money on theirs.

Thanks for pointing it out.... will make it more interesting to watch.
