TC, These are very good and important points. But here is where skills in chart reading, and perhaps other TA indicators can come in handy...for if a crossover, or even near crossover, is accompanied by a very obvious change in price momentum, then the trade ought to go through, even if confirmation of the signal has not happened yet. That is what I was talking about in my response to Marshall. It's often times evidenced by the "hook" Lane looked for in his Stochastic indicator. Similar things happen with the MAs and one can often anticipate the next price bars action, enabling a better entry into a trade. Ken
