Klic is next on my buy list for the same reasons. But did you have to spread it around?

No disagreement, the sector looks good in general, as long as pre-stated assumption set remains intact. ( my wall of worry by the way is that damn China/Taiwan situation).
Comparing KLIC to AMAT however... totally different league.Hope you do well with KLIC nonetheless.

Scott, I think it is a real mistake to compare the PE of one company in an industry to another in the same industry. There are usually reasons why a stock has a relatively low PE compared to the group. Conversely there are usually good reasons that market leaders in an industry hold those valuations. I don't follow KLIC at all but to carry your analogy out one would consider:

Sell Walmart and Buy Kmart.
Sell Cisco or Nortel and Buy Lucent.
