Well, we can't fight reality. If there are no buyers, there are no buyers.

But the current CSCO multiples are rational, indicating a sure return to at least these levels after the bear blows off some steam.

I guess I should mention that when the bulls start turning bearish... that's usually the sign of a bottom. I hope :)

Gary, for the longs, of which I am one, this is a toughie, but this is way past Cisco related! I believe we are in a Bear market, and with possible further interest rate increase I'd say things look bleak, to say the least. I sold some shares of Cisco yesterday that virtually amount to my cost in the stock, so everything I have now is all profit, but doesn't feel any better watching it slide! We're in a tough spot here, and believe me, if Recession hits, which it very well could, neither Longs nor Shorts will profit! Not a very pretty picture here!
