altern8, you either made a brilliant move, or you are a sign of a bottom, now I need to decide which one, see how convoluted the market can get you thinking? with no economic news or big meeting for the next two weeks, i thought we might have a chance for the market to run, but the flipside of that, there may be nothing to reverse the trend, so until this market can see the end of fed tightening, we are going to be extremely limited on the upside, my original goal was to be in cash by today on all my traders, but i was making so many good trades on monday/tuesday, i got overconfident, now i have some traders under water, and the question is-do i take my lumps or wait for the next rally? i would get real worried if we close below 3400, but until cisco, msft, wcom turn around, we dont have much of a chance of getting anything going to the long side, now where is my short list?
