Dalin: The damn Hedge Fund Managers and some of the other Institutional Managers are VERY scared of tech stocks now...they are dumping them like there is no tomorrow...when Soros's $20 ++ Billion of Funds go 90% in cash something is going on....The only thing they are doing is causing IRRATIONAL fear in the market and creating HUGE commission volume for the Houses....Yet, the IPO market has almost totally dried up and the Nasdaq continues to drop....its NOT funny now...why worry about interest rates????....The Fed is doing what everyone expected them to do and the economy is still very strong....IMO, we are in the late innings of the Fed tightening...Mr. Greenspeak's 'irrational exhuberance' is getting squeezed from the market very quickly...I have been too busy with work, etc...to focus on timing this schizophrenic market...Believe it or not I am still quite fully invested and experiencing A LOT of pain....Yet, my time horizon is a LONG one....I wish the institutions would GROW UP....its not like those greedy Fund Managers are going hungry <VBG>....Oh well, I guess I'm a little frustrated...

Have a good week and enjoy your boat! I'll be in SF talking to Scient late in the week and next weekend I'll be with the relatives in Holland, MI (to enjoy some tennis, sailing and zipping around in the Sea Ray).

The internet is NOT going to disappear and we'll move through this painful period....I'm doing my best to IGNORE the market...;-)

Best Regards,

Scott
