Then I feel you should add that explanation to the password instructions so those of us that are in the 20% don't go through the frustration of thinking we have done something wrong.

What are the factors determining whether it works or not? The assignment of encryption can't be random, that is the code doing the writing doesn't vary randomly, so there must be conditions from computer to computer that enables or precludes this. That doesn't seem possible.

I suspect the problem resides in the character layout of assigned passwords. I'm afraid to change my password because I don't know what havoc that will precipitate. It seems that somewhere in this thread there was expressed a lot of trouble from doing that.
