The last 30 days performance is not merely arbitrary. It covers the period of CSCO earnings, the 50 basis hike and a lot of relevant inflation info. It is demonstrative of CSCOs recent underperformance relative to the S&P500 and NAS. It thereby illustrates that it is not true that "The market will have to do a complete meltdown for that to occur." CSCO can meltdown on its own just fine. You're making me think too hard. Stop it.
