THREAD ALERT QBID audited/unofficial financials are on their website qbid.net QBID should be coming off the pinks soon and at .07 x.077 I am still accumulating with daytrade profits. Here is a letter from the CEO dated May 18th. Many exciting things in the works for QBID (see previous posts). Advertising revenues from there 2 shows should increase dramatically since the move to prime time and a larger market audience. Be sure to read the bold and last paragraph. May 18th TO: ALL SHAREHOLDERS ? QBID/GAAY FROM: Frank Olsen - CEO I understand your frustration by us not having the financials ? I share the same frustration. I believe our frustration is finally coming to an end. I am sitting at my desk and in front of me is QBID?S financials. There are some glaring mistakes that need to be corrected. I believe they can be corrected overnight ? mostly typographical errors and some misinformation about the number of shares, one debt was not listed, and one of the preferred shareholders was not listed. The certificate was faxed to us this morning and will enable us to correct this error. I urge you to read the financials which we will post on our Internet site. I want to remind you that these financials cover through the 31st of March 2000, and do not reflect potential new advertising revenue since we moved to prime time with our Bingo and Auctions shows. I am looking for a target date to post the financials on the Internet on May 19, 2000. These financials are supported by extensive pages of documents. We think the firm of H. M.
