►S.W, CYAA, Today's 10Q is Borderline Mind Blowing!...

Here are the SALIENT Features...

+ Cash on hand: $1.77 Million...

+ Assets increased by $1.4 Million since December 1999...

+ Shareholders Equity increased by $1.3 Million @ $8.8 Millions...

+ Book Value, as a Result is now: $2.75 on 3.2 Millions shares outstanding... Stock trades at only $2.97, thanks to the rotten MM's...

+ 1st Quarter Earnings were $1.8 Million or 56 cents/share, compared to 11 cents in the corresponding 1999 Quarter...

Conclusion:

I view this as extremely Bullish, as Year 2000 EPS is likely to be in the $2.50 to $3.00 range with a share price potential of $30.00+... The stock is clearly held up by MM's trying to cover their short positions, as the stock should now be in the $10.00 range, IMO... A Complaint has been filed with NASDAQ concerning unambiguous "walk down" tactics... I believe CYAA is about to file to list on AMEX, which should thwart the shorts... In addition, a forward split is expected, once the stock trades on AMEX...

Disclaimer:

This is only the personal opinion of a potentially biased long, not a recommendation and no responsibility is accepted for errors or omissions... Would-be investors should carry out extensive Due Diligence and only invest what they can afford to lose...

►S.W, CYAA: NINE QUARTERS of GROWING EARNINGS!...

They have holdings in some 70 various Companies but do not disclose the details, NOT to tip off their intentions... I believe that after accumulating stakes in certain Companies, they intend to bid for the rest of the shares and acquire the Company outright... This would be a very sensible strategy to begin well before they become listed on AMEX and start bidding for OTC-BB's...

I have reviewed the Growth pattern through SEC filings and may soon have to up-grade my Year 2000 EPS expectations, based on established growth rates, back to what they originally were: $3.50 to $4.00, instead of the current $2.50 to $3.00...

Period..S.Holder Equity.. Earnings... EPS....... Share #'s

1998......$3.38 Millions......$409,000.... 15 cts....... 2.69 Mil.

1999......$7.47 Millions......$3.36 Mil..... $1.14........ 3.176 Mil.

GROWTH... 220%............ 820%......... 760%

1Q 1999............................ $323,000..... 11 cts

1Q 2000............................ $1.80 Mil..... 56 cts......... 3.23 Mil.

GROWTH........................... 560%........ 510%

GROWTH TREND year on year is about 800% and Quarter 1999 on Quarter 2000, it's about 500%, which is well above my very CONSERVATIVE 250 to 300%, mentioned previously...
