I keep reading how money managers can't understand why people keep piling cash into mutual funds (mostly tech). They say there has to be more fear.

These inflows of cash are expected to be put to WORK. Otherwise people would just put it into CDs or in the mattress. How long can this buyers boycott last? When will managers have so much cash that they will have to start puting some to work at these prices (i.e. CSCO off over 35% from highs)? Can they wait six months? The explosive upside move would look like what we saw in Dec/Jan '99.

??????? Perplexed. And just playing "small" these days and taking profits quickly.
