Great. It's true though that for many people it's a daunting task to turn one's computer upside down. The anxiety of losing data and incompatibility problems without backup often prevents people from moving forward.

If anyone living in the Annex (Toronto) needs some professional help setting up win2000 and (re)configuring the computer and the like, let me know.

<<< Agreed. I have Win 2000 Professional running on a Thinkpad 600e and a Celeron 450 Desktop, both working flawlessly. Win 2000 is especially great for laptop users, I haven't had to reboot or even turn it off (I use hibernate when I travel) for over 2 months.

I'm also running the Millennium Beta on a P/200 and have had few problems... >>>
