i have to thank you for pointing that one out heinz; the advance today is on pretty light volume, but then so was that of CCJ from the bottom. perhaps the sellers are finished. i'm tempted to flip it already, but double digits would be nice. you might have a look at RRC, another "distressed property" which has recently finished emptying the broom closet. there had been a 4M overhang which has been cleared up with a placement. NG assets very undervalued. covered my shorts for now; will wait and see what the PPT has to show us. ++
