The level II does not show you the depth of the book.
Volume usually thins out around this time of day and picks up again after the east coast guys get back from their 3 martini lunches.

There is a lot of conflicting information on production levels. There is also rumors of double booking of SDRAM orders. In short, there is a lot of BS in the market place.
