On July 26, 2000, ADC Telecommunications, Inc. completed its acquisition of Centigram Communications Corporation.

ADC Telecommunications (NasdaqNM:ADCT), nearly $3 billion in sales, paid approximately $200 million for all Centigram shares and options outstanding.
