Yes QCOM has become DELL like stock action wise but there is one big difference. Wireless sector is in the process of passing the PC sector in importance. Where the PC as a desktop and primary means to access the internet is at it's nadar, the wireless industry is just at the starting gate. For DELL the story changed, growth slowed from 50% range to 30%. The story has not changed for QCOM, what is has changed is the realization of the payoff delay and Mr. Market's wholesale revaluation.
