Perhaps. Obfuscating means purposeful misdirection, no?, like listening to Clinton. I think it was just poorly worded for any of many possible reasons the most probable being caution in that nothing was as yet consummated, and the overriding litigious concerns on anything these days. As far as William Peavey gloating, I didn't read him as such, rather an small part owner in Echelon as I rejoicing in a long awaited affirmation of tangible increased revenue flow. We KNEW this was coming ( OK,OK, we hoped like hell we knew)and more importantly saw this as merely a harbinger of many like deals we also KNOW ( down to the core of our beings, I tell you)are in the hopper. Now, if Big Al doesn't lead us into a recession, or China doesn't invade Taiwan, maybe this thing will be as big and wonderful as we suspect. All I know it beats Seinfeld re-runs.
