Well Gary there can be no gain without some pain. We just haven't had any for quite awhile. We IMHO now finally have a bear market by definition and will just have to wait for interest rates to turn. The problem with this is the markets will turn before we have hard numbers to confirm "the bottom". So now it's guessing time. In my 30 plus years of investing I have found it hard to determine the bottom but it sure feels close! Time will tell, Eric
