If I were you this last sentence would set off alarm bells in my mind." I'm not sure what you are trying to infer. Well, scratch that, I am sure of your inference. There are virtually no similarities in the evolution of association nor in the nature of the relationship. You are still off the mark. A substantial amount of money was solicited after a certain process had transpired. When I observed the nature of your posts, I inquired whether you shared the same experience. This unfolding is occurring after careful review of the past sequence of events. The bottom line is that I have communicated to the appropriate party that which I wished, and provided a caveat to others. I will remain on the board, as I now own 10k shares of stock, and will contribute as I deem appropriate. As far as our personal correspondence is concerned, I will consider this matter closed.
