actually, i don't think i used the word "contractual", but did infer it through the word "rights". it's genesis? directly from the "investment risk" portion of Robertson Stephens SNDK report (4/20/00). verified it with the company. if you guys don't believe it, feel free to verify. just trying to share.... i know some on this thread find it difficult to believe ANY possible negatives tied to the company. and, again, i'm saying this while i'm looking at reentering the stock. btw, if you all want to know about competition for each segment of their business, look at the quarterly report.... it's a wealth of info which most investors fail to take the time to read, but will post outlandish things on threads such as this one.... oh, btw, not everyone. there's also some very good, in depth info on this thread.
