At the time of the last SNDK proxy filing the SEG holdings were down to only 6% from 22% at their peak.

Yes, they owned 22% of SNDK until the recent liquidation.

I suspect they no longer need to file SEC statements as they are likely under 5% ownership now.

You are 100% correct. And, as you noted earlier, the 10% ownership threshhold was crossed. The analyst information posted earlier today in haste is incorrect.
