advalorem -- <<" why right now is a good time to buy the stock?">>. First I am long with NOVL, sadly. Right now is NOT the time to buy. It wants a new 52 week low and the mkts are cooperating. Buy on an uptick during a rising mkt even if it is a little higher than here,,, then bail at the first sign of weakness which should come quickly. K W says there will be good news on the 23rd,, NOVL may be good for a daytrade then. There is the possibility of a double in 18 - 24 months but there will be many much better buys during that time frame. Companies that can be trusted not to say one thing and a month later something completely different. If you are going to invest in something not making a profit an I-nut may be better. So there is POTENTIAL from this level. Based on SCHMIDT I would not buy the steam from a hotdog. If he had any idea of what was going on he blew it. If he did not have any idea he sure as hell should have. A better buy than Bre-X..... thats certain,, but I sure would not buy. Right now he has lost his credability with WS and institutions cannot be happy about being lied to in the recent past or his forcast of zero profit from operations this qtr and 2 ugly qtrs coming..... more like the mgmt of a BB issue.... there are many like you buying now,, but most are just hoping for a fast pop to flush it for a quick buck in a short time. That alone will help the price remain depressed for some time as IMO few buying now are looking for much more than 13 - 15. The old high is nothing but a dream at this time--- something maybe for the next decade...
