Also, a search on Richard Dyott shows he has a book on Eliptical Guided Waveforms. KVHI's fiber has an eliptical core, which was originally developed by him. opengroup.com

Hi Sector, I think the best news event will be the announcement of a positive earnings quarter.With the FOG facility operating at a breakeven mode last quarter(as indicated in the last qtrly CC)and the communications business going strong guns with more and more awareness of the excellence of trac vision and trac phone,I speculate that Q2 will be turnaround quarter. If that occurs as anticipated,my bet is KVHI pops over the 10 - 10 1/4 resistance and then becomes support with 15 or 22 as next possible resistance levels.JMHO Future resistance levels will then be determined of earnings and multiple expansion.
