On the CC they said that about 100 of the 400 members of the sale staff left and was replaced. Now this is silicon valley, but still a high number... ;) Anyhow, they also said it takes 3-6 months for new sales staff to start performing at top level. So, let's say that they perform at an average of 1/2 top performance over that 6 months. This would mean that one quarter of the staff is performing at half level for half the year. This would mean sales would be decreased by 1/16 for the year. Doesn't seem too bad.
