SINA is the real deal.

Not the way I heard it. China.com was originally the darling of government. Then sina.com became very popular because they were anti-establishment. Sina was hip. US backers were in for a lot. Then there was a war over who was boss at Sina. The pro china faction won and most US money left. SINA is now said to be no better than China.com because they do whatever the government says. You can never be popular (or believed) if your every word is censored.
