OT: No, just business. The fear of losing in court due to not having the perfect case seems to be a psychological affliction that occasionally infects the legal profession. It seems that the longer attorneys stay away from court, the bigger the fear of trying a case. The similar analogy would to hear a stockbroker say "I never lost money in the market", only to find out they were never investing in stocks and bought only savings bonds. I see ATHM had another down day on low volume. Not so bad. No one wanted LCOS at $35 either, but everyone wanted some at $60. Jack
