Robert, I agree with the investment side, but does not consumption drive demand, which then encourages capital investments? If nobody had bought cell phones (or even if just those who actually need them had bought them) then it is doubtful we'd be seeing such a hot chase to find the best next- generation cell technology co's. Then again, new technology encourages buying of the new goods, so I'm not going to argue too strenuously against your point! Victor
