When a large holder wants out, the stock price really sinks and everyone tends to look for problems. It's called fear. Two summers ago I was watching CheckFree fall from $30 down to $6. It was absolutely insane. Well it turned out that there was definitely a downturn but then a large insurance company had to cover a huge claim(sorry I am not sure of the name) and they were forced to sell their position in CheckFree. Interestingly the CheckFree management approved a buyback and got a huge number of shares at $5.75. By the end of the year it was back above $30. I liken that situation to this one. All of the fundamentals of this company seem to be great. What more can we ask for than a potential gorilla entering a multiple tornado. Today I doubled my position. Time will tell. ... might double again if it continues down. Dave
